About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

“An experience of total perception, plunging the spectator into an incandescent matter that is both luminous and sonorous, a magma of flowing sounds, shapes and colours.”

Premiering for the first time in Singapore, Italian composer Fausto Romitelli’s final magnum opus An Index of Metals unfolds as an ecstatic ritual of sound, light and image — a psychedelic fusion of music for soprano, eleven amplified instruments, and immersive multimedia, which collide to create a hallucinatory present that dissolves the boundaries between dream and reality.

Look forward to this cross-cultural collaboration, bringing together young talent from across the globe for a visceral performance of one of the 21st century’s most seminal works — an evening not to be missed!

Out of respect for the participants and other spectators, no children under 6 years of age will be allowed admission.
