What should I bring with me?

Please bring comfortable clothing for yoga and movement, a water bottle, and a light layer or blanket for the sound bath and meditation. We’ll provide all necessary props for the workshops.

Do I need to have any prior experience?

No prior experience is necessary! This event is for everyone, whether you're new to yoga or meditation, or an experienced practitioner. The focus is on relaxation, rejuvenation, and connection.

Is food provided?

Yes, we’ll provide a light breakfast, mid-morning snack, and a wholesome lunch. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM to check-in and enjoy a light breakfast before we begin the activities at 8:00 AM.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is parking available at the venue. Please let us know in advance and provide your vehicle registration number so we can reserve a spot for you! If you're coming by public transport, please check the venue's website for the best route.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely! Feel free to invite a friend or loved one to join the experience. Just make sure they register separately on Eventbrite.

What happens if I can’t attend?

If you're unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds, but you may transfer your ticket to someone else.

Is there a place to store personal items?

There will be a designated area to leave your personal belongings during the event. Please keep valuables with you.
