Feminine Soul Healing - Complimentary healing workshop

The divine feminine energy is rising.

It has for decades. Pushing through glass ceilings, speaking loudly and fiercely. Thanks to the women who came before us, women today have more opportunities than ever before. However, our wounds are also bleeding in front of our very eyes as we strive and struggle in patriarchal systems at home, at the workplace and in society.

Why are we powerful, yet so disconnected? Disconnected from ourselves, our hearts, our desires, and our sisters. Is there another way out?

Feminine Soul Healing is a heartfelt call from the Goddess to all women, that now is the time to heal and honour who we truly are. There is truly another way forward. A way that is softer, more creative, more nurturing, more collaborative, more inclusive. One that can only exist when we break our vows of silence and obedience, and see the women around us as allies instead of competition. 

This complimentary workshop is a powerful introduction to the 7-week workshop that will begin on 6 Dec 2025. We will be returning to the power of the heart to heal ourselves, and learn to expand our heart chakra through a simple breast massage exercise. If you have ever felt you are too broken, too wounded, then this workshop is for you. You will not only discover the internal resources you never thought you had, but also release the shame that was never yours to hold. If you can't make it, I'll send you a recording of the session.

Prepare a cup of tea, bring a journal or papers and some colourful markers. Light a candle and make your space cosy. Show up in your pjs or your best outfit. We’ll be happy as long as you come.

About the facilitator:

Hello, I am Anastasia Tham. I truly feel that the world will be a better place when women are making decisions from a place of love and empowerment, instead of following the expectations of family and society. The idea for the Feminine Soul Healing workshop was born during the period when I was receiving my Level 4 Moon Mother® training. I’m proud to be the first Moon Mother® in Singapore, and the only two Level 4 Moon Mothers in Asia.
