About this event

Stridy is a non-profit organisation headquartered in Singapore, building a community of volunteers passionate about clean neighbourhoods. We track what's being littered on the Stridy app, organise cleanups and advise our partners on waste and litter mitigation strategies. Download the Stridy app here and data collected can be found on the Stridy dashboard.

Littering is a prevalent environmental issue in Singapore that negatively impacts the cleanliness, manpower demand, safety and health of our communities. To address these problems, our proposal seeks to build a community that cares about a clean environment, create awareness and promote responsible behavior.

We are partnering Fernvale CC to:

  • Build an active hyper-local community “kampong spirit” with a sense of ownership over local cleanliness.
  • Create a cleaner neighborhood by raising awareness and inculcating civic mindedness through high visibility cleanups.
  • Promote volunteerism and form a network of residents committed to cleanliness as trusted partners for the community.

Join us for a cleanup at Fernvale!
