About this event
In a world of excesses, less is sometimes more. Declutter both your physical and mental space with Amanda Ling who will be demonstrating her KonMari-inspired methods of tidying! Transform your home into a space conducive for your mind, body and spirit’s growth as you clear the excess, leaving only the objects that spark joy. The session in August will take you through the principles of the method and provide opportunities for participants to put this philosophy into practice!

- Participants must be 13 years and above to participate.
What to bring?
- Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably and wear covered shoes.

- Asthmatic individuals are encouraged to bring their inhaler.
