What do I need to bring / prepare?

Please bring a journal and pen, and come in clothes that you can easily move in as we will begin with mindful movement / yoga.

What is the agenda / schedule for the event

The precise timings will vary, however below gives a broad indication of how our time together will be spent: 9 - 10 - connecting and mindful movement 10 - 11.30 - Individual and small group work 11. 30 - 12.15 - Community conversations and the next steps in our journey.
