Overview

Finding Light Through Loss is a 4-session group to process grief, find meaning, and rebuild hope through reflection, sharing, & compassion.

This 4-session Grief Support Group offers a safe and gentle space to share, reflect, and heal alongside others who understand. Through guided reflections, mindfulness, and creative expression, we’ll explore how to find meaning, compassion, and renewal amid grief.


What You Can Expect:

•⁠ ⁠Supportive group sharing

•⁠ ⁠Mindfulness & emotion regulation tools

•⁠ ⁠Meaning-making and art-based self-compassion practices

•⁠ ⁠Confidential, non-judgmental environment

•⁠ ⁠Duration: 4 sessions (once weekly, starting at the end of Nov)

•⁠ ⁠Group Size: 6–8 participants

•⁠ ⁠Venue: IMU Mind Health Centre (MHC) IMU Technology park, Hive 3

•⁠ ⁠Facilitator: Joanna Marie Ho, Darina Luganskaya Trainee Counsellor (IMU)

•⁠ ⁠Fee: Complimentary


This group welcomes adults grieving any form of loss — whether through bereavement, separation, or life transition.
