Description

This session is an introduction to mindfulness as an approach to helping professionals find their groove in the urban swirl.

We will learn how to meditate as a mindfulness practice, and in doing so, we will learn how to filter out distractions, master our decision-making processes, and live out a life of intention and purpose.
.
We will also address misconceptions of mindfulness and pin down the key attitudes to an effective mindfulness practice. Finally, by meditating collectively, we will learn how to tap into our own inner resources to unveil our shine in everyday life.

Conducted by:

Han Ee is fully qualified Mindfulness instructor from the Centre for Mindfulness (UMass), who has trained directly with Jon Kabat Zinn, Saki Santorelli, Florence Meleo-Mayer.

As a Performance Psychologist, he works with his clients to nurture both flow experiences and a championship mindset that enhance bottom-line results.

His clients range from corporate, sports, royalty, military and the creative domains. He believes that peak performance, or being in the flow, is underpinned by mindfulness, an action-learning mindset, and mental agility.
