Welcome to First Aid For Helpers!

They will learn essential skills to keep your loved ones safe and be prepared for any emergency situations that may arise, catering to all age groups, from young to old.

Our qualified First Aid and CPR Instructors are experienced medical professionals with international clinical experience.

We will guide your helper through hands-on training sessions and provide valuable tips and resources to ensure they are equipped to handle common accidents and injuries at home. Our unique approach doesn’t stop at crisis management – we go a step further to emphasise accident prevention. We tackle the most common home injuries head-on and equip helpers with practical prevention strategies.

How often should my helper take a first aid course?

It's recommended to refresh your first aid knowledge every 2 years. This is the standard timeframe for many first aid certifications. You might also consider refreshing your helpers skills annually, as these techniques can change and practice is crucial to maintain proficiency.

What age range is this course suitable for?

We cover first aid, CPR, and AED use for infants, children and adults. Our courses do generally focus on children, however we tailor our courses to our audiences. If there is a particular area of interest let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Will my helper receive a certificate?

Yes, we provide certificates to helpers who attend our non-certified courses.

Is this a certified course?
