The October's Hunter's Moon derives its name because it was at this time when tribes gathered meat for the long winter ahead. The spiritual meaning behind this Full Moon is focused on internal work and self-reflection. So begins the dark half of the year. Accept and welcome the darkness with open arms and spirit. It’s a wonderful time for gratitude and appreciation for what Nature has given us. It’s an opportunity for spiritual growth and goal setting.
Full Moon represents a cycle of completion, It is a great time for us to release and let go of energy. It gives us the gift of removing what no longer serves us and allows us to complete our intentions so that we can move onto something new. Releasing and letting go during the Full Moon will give you a freeing energy, makes you feel invigorated, and renewed from all the things weighing on you. It is a powerful time for looking within and feel empowered in your achievements.
The Full Moon offers a powerful healing opportunity which is an optimum time for mediating, recharging your energy field, and clearing your chakras. Harnessing the lunar energy of a full moon by indulging in a therapeutic Sound Bath session can yield incredible healing results, both physically and mentally.
You are invited to come float on a tapestry of specially tuned healing frequencies from the Alchemy Crystal Bowls and the Therapy Harp that take the listener on a musical journey. The feeling with harmonic vibrations is like being immersed in waves of peace, heightened awareness and relaxation of the mind, body, and spirit. These healing energies move through the body in a way that can help to gently release energetic blocks, reduces tension, stimulates circulation and also aids the relaxation of the conscious mind and achieves alpha and theta brainwave states that promote that deeper sense of relaxation.
Their sound is so pure that it is as if having a gentle deep-cleanse on a cellular level and an energetic massage from inside out, bringing us back into a state of vibrational alignment and harmony.
Come discover an out-of-this-realm experience just by relaxing inside a hammock. It allows you to release and renew! It will be like nothing you’ve ever tried before, a truly musical medicine that awakens and heals the spirit!
All are welcome! Come with an open mind and heart and no experience in mediation is required.

Come in comfortable attire and refrain from wearing clothes with zip and sharp or pointed jewelry/accessories that may damage the hammock.
You are highly recommended to bring your own eye pillow, blanket, jacket or/and cushion in order to thoroughly enjoy the session in total comfort.
The space will be sanitised before and after the event and sanitising spray and hand gel will be available. Please do not attend the class if you are feeling unwell.
Do read through and observe the venue guidelines. Arrive at least 20 mins earlier prior to the session and latecomers will be rejected from attending the session once it starts.

Wenyogaheal is led by Wendy who facilitates Sound Therapy / Sound Healing / Sound Bath sessions using Therapy Harp. Gong, Alchemy Crystal Bowls, Crystal Lyre, Chimes, Drum, Flute and many other special sound healing instruments.
She is trained in Therapy Harp with an international sound healing instructor from the USA and went on to be the first in Singapore to offer sound bath using the harmonic Therapy Harp. She also received training and is certified in Gong, Alchemy Crystal Bowls and Flute Sound Healing. She often complements her Sound Therapy sessions with her collection of various unique and powerful sound healing instruments. She is certified in Usui System of Reiki up till 3rd Degree as well.

Sound Healing is an ancient healing practice that uses sounds of varying healing frequencies to restore one’s mind, body and spirit back to a state of balance.
