Frequently asked questions

What is a Floating Sound Bath in Hammock?

It is a deeply relaxing experience where you rest in a suspended hammock surrounded by soothing sound vibrations from instruments like singing bowls and chimes. The hammock gently supports your body, allowing you to float weightlessly as sound waves promote rest, healing, and energetic balance.

Do I need any experience to join?

Not at all! No yoga, meditation, or sound bath experience is required. Simply come with an open mind and allow yourself to relax and receive.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax. Avoid sharp accessories or zippers, as these can damage the hammock or reduce your comfort during the session.

What should I bring?

Basic props like eye masks, blanket and cushions will be provided, but feel free to bring your own for hygiene or personal preference. You may wish to bring an extra jacket/shawl for extra comfort and water to stay hydrated.

Can I eat before the session?

We recommend having a light meal at least 1 hour before your session. Avoid heavy or spicy foods as they may cause discomfort while lying in the hammock. Please also refrain from consuming alcohol at least 6 hours before and after the session.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for registration and to settle in. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session begins, to maintain a peaceful environment for all.

Is it safe for everyone?

This session is generally gentle and safe for most people. However, if you have severe vertigo, recent injuries, motion sickness, or are in the first trimester of pregnancy, please consult your doctor and contact us before booking.

Can I attend if I'm pregnant?

If you're in your second or third trimester and feeling well, you may attend with caution and care. Please inform us in advance so we can support you appropriately. First-trimester participation is not recommended.

What if I feel unwell on the day?

If you're experiencing symptoms such as fever, headache, cough, or flu, we kindly ask that you stay home and rest. Your health and the comfort of others are important to us.

How often should you attend a Sound Bath?

There’s no strict rule—listen to your body and join when you feel called to. Start with 4 sessions spaced 1–2 weeks apart. For general wellness, 1–2 times a month is ideal. If you're facing stress, insomnia, or emotional challenges, weekly sessions offer better support and long-term benefits.

Are there any side effects?

Each person reacts differently. Most feel calm or energized after a session. Some may feel tired, emotional, or have mild symptoms as the body rebalances. These effects are temporary and are signs of release. Sound Healing is a supportive tool and not a replacement for professional medical care.

Who should avoid Sound Healing?

Those with epilepsy (especially sound-triggered), pacemakers or implants, metal plates, sound-triggered conditions, severe or unmanaged mental health issues. If unsure, please consult your doctor before joining. Your safety and well-being are important to us.

Do you facilitate private, corporate, or large group sessions?

Yes! We offer private sessions, corporate wellness programs, and large group Sound Baths. Feel free to contact us via WhatsApp at +65 8829-5288 to discuss your needs or request more information.

How do I book and pay?

You can book through Eventbrite (fees apply) or contact us directly via WhatsApp at +65 8829 5288 to book with PayNow and avoid fees.
