Usher in the Mid-Autumn Festival by hand-crafting your very own mooncakes, accentuated with intricate floral designs to be enjoyed by you and your loved ones.

In this workshop, you will learn the techniques required to hand-make beautiful and delicious mooncakes using natural ingredients.

• Introduction to key ingredients
• Using natural food colouring to create different florals in different shades
• Demonstration of fillings making
• Assembling of florals
• Troubleshoot & fix creations

Fillings of the mooncake made during the workshop would be Cream Cheese Mango. There will also be a demonstration on Rose Tea with Red Bean fillings, with recipe provided.

You will also get to bring home with you the following:

• 6 x pieces of your mooncake creation
• Bonus: 2 x pieces of Rose Tea with Red Bean mooncake
