Are you ready to connect with your inner artist and immerse yourself in a peaceful, creative practice? Join us for our Mindful Art Workshop, where you'll discover the calming benefits of watercolour painting while cultivating mindfulness. This 1.5 hr workshop is open to participants aged 16 years and above; beginner friendly and no prior art experience is required. Take home a piece of your unique artwork and uncover the benefits of practicing meditation with artistic expression! All art materials are provided.

What is Mindful Art?

Mindful art combines the therapeutic flow of watercolours and mark making techniques. It’s about being present in the moment, being curious, and nurturing our creativity. In this workshop, you'll be guided through techniques that encourages you to express yourself freely, while embracing the intuitiveness of the process.

About the Facilitator and Artist

Beeli (aka. Bittergod Art) is a Singapore artist and her art journey started in 2018 as a form of healing through art making. Beeli has exhibited her works in the Pameran Poskad group art exhibition and "There's Room For You Here" mental health art exhibition at Tzu Chi Humanistic Youth Centre. She has conducted mindful art workshop for NParks Arts@JLG: heART 2025 and holds a Master degree in Creative Media from RMIT University Australia. Through her art practice, Beeli hopes to inspire individuals to tap into their creativity as a means of coping with life daily stresses. She is a mindfulness practitioner under the Plum Village tradition.
