The Fluid X Foundation Coaching Course is designed for Group Exercise (GX) Instructors, personal trainers, fitness coaches, and fitness enthusiasts who want to build a strong foundation in Fluid X training principles and be certified to teach classes or training using Fluid X Aqua Bags.

⁠ ⁠Learn the story of Fluid X and how it is establishing itself as a multi-disciplinary training tool, understand the Fluid X training concept, explore and practice the Fluid X Core Training System and Movement System and ⁠Implement the Fluid X programming & coaching model

Course Manual,  1 Fluid X Tank 15, Certificate of completion to be able to teach any FX Classes internationally- CEU: 0.8 NASM | 8.0 AFAA | 0.7 ACE

What is the Course Fee?

Course Fee:  SGD499(Early Bird until 1 March 2026),  SGD 599 (Regular). Course fee is non-refundable.

Is there any pre-requisite for the Fluid X Foundation Coaching Course?

Accepted Answer

There are no pre-requisites for the Fluid X Foundation Coaching course. However, having a basic understanding of fitness will be helpful, and prior experience in teaching freestyle or group exercise classes would be an advantage.
