Forest Bathing or Shinrin-Yoku is the Japanese inspired wellness practice of spending time in the forest for better health, happiness and a sense of calm. Research has proven that spending time around trees can reduce blood pressure, lower stress, boost energy and boost immune system.

Shinrin = Forest
Yoku = Bathing

We will share about the scientific benefits of being in nature and together to embark on guided walk around Fort Canning Park through a variety of sensory invitations.

These invitations will take place at the different historical gardens, each crafted to deepen our connections with the more than human world. For one of these invitations, we will be drawing from the traditions of yoga to explore movement and facilitate an embodied awareness of our relationship with nature.

The walking gradient for this session are gentle and the programme is designed for Youth and Adult.

This is a freshly curated programme with a launch price that include guides, tea and snacks.
