Background:

As the pandemic has swept over the world in recent years, building startups has become a remaining challenge for its founders. Many of them have limited access, knowledge, and resources in developing their business and of course in getting funding. Thus Tambo, Ekipa, and Amiga collaborated in initiating “Founders Playground” a playground for entrepreneurs and founders with a fun and entertaining approach. We believe when you do what you love, work is Fun. We create a Playground to make you 'Play'. Play ignites creativity, collaboration, inspiration and makes you think out of the box.

In Founders Playground, founders will be able to have fun in networking, collaborate, get inspired, and get the chance to pitch to investors. The event will be held online for a week on 3 – 9 December 2021. The programs will be packed in several events, namely 13 Mins Play Talk, Founders Play Date, Speed Hustling, Road to Scaling-Up and upcoming program Gen-Zpreneur Challenge and Networking Playchat. Speed Hustling invites different investors, startup founders, and experts. Startups will have a chance to pitch in 15 mins with respective investors.

Ajie Santika - Co-Founder of Feedloop

Experiences in the different backgrounds of business drive Ajie to understand more about what companies want and need. In 2012 He built Tinker Games, a game development studio focused on creating games for smartphones, tablets, and PC, partnering with Systec (a Venture Development Company located in Jakarta). In 2017, Ajie build Everidea that also start as a game studio that now turns into a digital interactive company.

He also helped co-found Siete Cafe with four other friends, launching the cafe into unexpected success right from the start. They position the place as a hub for youth, students, and communities. Then along with six other partners, Ajie co-found Co&CO, pioneering the first co-working space as a business hub in Bandung, strategically located in the heart of Bandung.

Mutiara Hikma - Co-Founder of EduCourse

Mutiara is a talented and enthusiastic businesswoman with more than 6 years of experience in the global startup incubation in South Korea and Indonesia. Familiar with local and international government clients and regulations. Passionate in Education. Currently in the seed stage and continuing to strive in developing a business that has a social impact on Indonesia.
