Introduction to MindfulnessThis is a class for those who would like to practise basic mindfulness techniques so they can develop self-acceptance and self-care. Participants will learn about the value of mindfulness in finding more balance, ease and presence in everyday life.About your facilitator: Michelle Ayn Tessensohn is a master coach who teaches mindfulness meditation classes for self-awareness and self-healing.
