Together, we will explore:
- Simple breathing techniques to ease anxiety
- Gentle body-based practices to release tension
- Therapeutic sound vibrations — including chimes, singing bowls, and ambient tones — to help reset the nervous system
Whether you are new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your self-care, this session is a safe and welcoming space to slow down, tune in, and restore balance.
Come as you are—no experience needed. Just bring your breath, your body, and an openness to feel.
