Han: After joining Sophie’s mindful standing meditation program, for the first time in over 10 years of practicing Tai Chi, I felt realenergy flow—it was never like this before, it always felt more like calisthenics.

Ley: Joining Sophie’s mindful standing meditation camp was my biggest takeaway in 2024. I used to have terrible sleep, slightly improved withyoga, but I was still a light sleeper. On the very first day of standing meditation, I slept deeply. I also stopped gettingangry so easily. My lower back used to be extremely tense—standing meditation helped me release my sacral area and even corrected my off-balance foot posture. My body’s alignment began to restore.
