Will I need to switch on my video or audio?

Accepted Answer

No, you will not be required to turn on your video or audio. However, your set profile name would be visible to the host (ie TYHO) and other attendees when you engage in conversations in the chat.

Will my questions be anonymous?

Accepted Answer

You may submit your questions anonymously via the Q&A button on Zoom. The facilitator will go through further instructions at the start of the webinar.

Question 4

Do I need to download Zoom to attend the session?

Accepted Answer

No, you do not need to download Zoom and can attend the webinar via the link provided in the confirmation email of your ticket.

Do ensure, however, that you have a secure internet connection for a smooth video and audio experience.

Question 5

Will the sessions be recorded?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the session will be recorded. However, the names of participants and chat history will not be visible in the recording.

Will I get a recording of the session?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we will be sending the recording of the session to everyone who has registered for the webinar. Please allow us about two weeks after the webinar to send this to you.

The session will also be published on our YouTube page later.

Can I still attend if I did not reserve a spot?
