Get moving with our Free Zumba Workout by Health Promotion Board every Wednesday at Urban Plaza!
Zumba is a dance fitness program with mix of low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. It combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. The choreography includes movements like hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo and base on Latin and pop songs.
Last but not least, if you are staying in the east, join us every Wednesday! Walk-Ins are welcomed and Admission is FREE.
