About the Event

Tired of overthinking every message?
Feeling needy, shut down, or like you’re too much—or not enough—in relationships?

Whether you lean anxious, avoidant, or somewhere in between, this intimate workshop is designed to help you shift your attachment patterns and move toward secure, grounded connection.

Led by Straits Times–featured relationship coach Ambra Liew, this isn’t a lecture. It’s a coaching-style experience in a small group (max 2–3 people), offering the kind of personal attention and depth you rarely get in workshops.

Together, we’ll explore why your attachment patterns formed, how they show up in your love life, and what it takes to shift them—for good.

What to Expect

  • Deep-dive exercises to identify your default attachment style
  • Tools to regulate, reflect, and respond differently in relationship
  • A safe, small-group coaching format with real-time support
  • Personalized insight from Ambra and group reflection
  • Practical take-home strategies to integrate the work

This is a space for honesty, growth, and empowered change—not perfection.

📋 What to Bring

  • A journal or notebook
  • An open mind and willingness to look inward
  • Any recent relationship patterns or situations you want clarity on

💛 Who This Is For

This workshop is for high-achieving, self-aware individuals who:

  • Struggle with anxious or avoidant patterns in love
  • Want to build or sustain secure, emotionally safe relationships
  • Are tired of surface-level advice and ready for real transformation
  • Value depth, privacy, and expert guidance in a small, supportive setting

You don’t need to be in a relationship to benefit—just ready to do the inner work.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know my attachment style before attending?

Not at all. We’ll explore that together and help you identify your patterns with clarity and compassion.

Is this a therapy session?

No—this is coaching. It’s future-oriented and action-based, focusing on tools, insight, and mindset shifts. It pairs beautifully with therapy if you're already in it.

Can I come if I’m currently single?

Absolutely. Understanding and shifting your attachment style benefits all relationships—especially the one with yourself.

What if I’m nervous about joining a group?

That’s completely normal. The group is intentionally capped at 2–3 people to ensure depth, privacy, and personal attention. You won’t be lost in a crowd.

What should I bring?

Please bring a journal or notebook and a pen!

Will there be sharing involved?

Sharing is always optional. You’ll be guided through journaling and reflection, but there’s no pressure to speak if you’d rather not.

What if I feel emotional during the session?

That’s totally okay. You’ll be supported in a safe, non-judgmental space. We honor whatever comes up — joy, sadness, softness, stillness.

Let Me Be is here to help you return to who you truly are — before the world told you who you had to be.

If you’ve ever felt stuck, disconnected, or like you’re living a life that doesn’t fully feel like yours… you’re not alone.

Many of us are moving through life on autopilot — shaped by expectations, old stories, and inherited patterns. Let Me Be exists to help you gently unlearn that conditioning and come back to yourself.

We blend Human Design, breathwork, self-reflection, with a variety of other modalities and practices to guide you back to your own clarity, rhythm, and truth.

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about peeling back the layers until what’s left feels real, aligned, and fully you.

If you’re ready to lead your life from a place of intention — not obligation — you’re in the right place.
