Adeline Foo is a global talent acquisition leader with deep expertise in transforming recruitment through technology and data. As Global Head of Talent Acquisition at DKSH, she leads global hiring strategies across 36 markets and is at the forefront of integrating AI and analytics into the talent lifecycle.

Under her leadership, DKSH has piloted AI-driven recruitment tools like Paradox and CVs Prioritization using large language model, launched a global TA analytics scorecard, and implemented SuccessFactors across regions—standardizing processes while improving speed and candidate quality. She also championed DKSH’s employer branding transformation, having secure “Great Place to Work” certification in more than 10 countries.

With over 20 years of experience bridging executive search and in-house HR leadership, Adeline offers a forward-thinking perspective on how AI and human insight can work together to shape the future of hiring.

Zhenlin loves solving puzzles for clients so that they can free people up to spend time with people, not software. She leads Paradox's Asia Pacific Client Success team to help Recruiters realise this potential.
