Virginia Satir, a pioneer of family therapy, revolutionised the field by focusing on people's potential and inner resources rather than their problems. In this session, you'll discover how communication patterns show up in your daily life—helping you recognize what's really happening in difficult conversations, team conflicts, and everyday workplace interactions. You'll also get an introduction to the six phases of helping used in the Satir Coaching & Mentoring Level 1 workshop.

Stanly Lau is a Certified Satir Coach and Trainer dedicated to helping individuals and teams grow through greater self-awareness and authentic connection. Based in Singapore, Stanly works with individuals, managers, coaches, and cross-functional teams across Asia, including Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
