Go behind the scenes - into the heart of our test kitchen, where recipes undergo rigorous testing and tasting before becoming dishes you love. Part-exhibition, part-tasting. It's a journey through culture, creativity, and experimentation, and we'd really love for you to join us.

What will be served at the tasting?

Visitors will get the chance to taste some of the new dishes that are part of our newest menu, as well as some of the well-loved items from our current menu, experiencing first-hand how dishes go from wild ideas to something delicious.
