About this event

About the Speaker

Miss Debbie Thong received her degree in BSc. Nutritional science (dietetics) in McGill university, Canada. She further obtained her Masters of Science in clinical and Public Health at University College London in 2017.

She is currently working as a clinical dietitian in a government hospital where she provides dietary consultation to help manage chronic diseases through informed and healthy food choices. She believes that good nutrition coupled with exercise is a way of life and is on a mission to help people achieve their health goals.
