Fullmoon/Newmoon Sound Bath with Crystal by Mae

‘Let go of all that no longer serves you’ - Come join us for a special edition Full moon singing bowl sound bath which will focus on the release of stagnant energy and tension in our mind and body.

Re-align yourself with the healing sounds and vibrations from our hand hammered Tibetan singing bowls whilst soaking in the healing energy from our selection of crystals. The session will begin with an introduction and an intention setting practice, followed by 10-minute breathing exercises, 40-minute sound bath and 15-minute Q&A session.

Our Studio

Our Wellness Studio is a space that is dedicated to hosting and conducting sound healing related sessions and training. We also offer personal Singing Bowl Therapy sessions by various Sound Healing Practitioners. Do contact us for your appointment.

Our Facilitator

Mae Kwan White is an architect and fashion accessories designer. With 8 years of spiritual study on Vedanta and her extensive knowledge in energy balancing using both feng shui and singing bowl therapy, Mae looks to promote a blissful life with mind, body and space balance Musically, Mae started her classical music training at the age of 5 then continued to explore her singing and song-writing skills when she took a year out from her architectural studies. Since then, Mae has performed her own material on numerous occasions in London and Hong Kong. This combination of talent, skill and experience have enabled Mae to become a dynamic player that performs according to the energetic connection she makes with her clients.

Please arrive 10 min early for temperature check and to settle in. We will begin on-time and door will be locked 5mins after the official starting time. Latecomers will not be admitted as it would disrupt the experience for all. Do feel free to bring your own cover materials such as a scarf to keep yourself comfortable.
