The practice for this week
- We’ll begin with the 3-part breath to strengthen sensory awareness and motor control, followed by a calming 4:7:8 rhythm to steady the nervous system.
- Then we’ll explore a practical visualization technique: using your breath and body to mentally rehearse an upcoming moment (like a presentation, challenge, or conversation) so you feel grounded and ready when it arrives.

What to bring? A mat, blanket, or pillow - just anything that lets you sit or lie down comfortably. Also bring something to keep you warm, as it's getting cooler!
