About this event

Health • Personal health

Join us every Friday at 8 am to explore simple, practical tools for your breath and nervous system.

Each week we’ll practice a mix of:

  • Foundational breathing (e.g. slow, light, nasal, and 3-part breathing)
  • Nervous system regulation (up- and down-regulating techniques like resonance breathing, 4-7-8, or the physiological sigh)
  • Embodied self-awareness (e.g. visualization, and sensory focus)

The aim is not just relaxation, but building capacity: more focus, resilience, and adaptability in how you move through your day.

Every session is guided, beginner-friendly, and rooted in breath science. You’ll walk away with a calmer mind, more energy in the body, and techniques you can use anytime: before sleep, in moments of stress, or to reset during the workday.

No previous experience needed. Just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and curiosity.

Hey, I’m Charlotte, a breath- and body-based coach. I help high-performing professionals expand their mental and emotional capacity through practical and science-based nervous system training. I organize these free weekly sessions to bring new people together, and to show you how much there is to learn about your breath. I’m not talking about anything spiritual or trauma-related. I’m talking about practical, simple tools to help you navigate work, pressure, tricky conversations, overthinking, tiredness — you know, all the day-to-day stuff. 😉

Frequently asked questions

Who’s leading the session? What are your qualifications?

I’m Charlotte Grysolle, an Oxygen Advantage® Instructor, a certified Breath Science Practitioner, and an ICF-accredited Body-Oriented Coach. I work with people one-on-one and in group settings to help them use their breath in practical, everyday ways — for energy, focus, sleep, and stress.

Do I need any experience?

No, this session is for everyone, especially if you’re new to breathwork.

Are we going to do any hyperventilation or conscious connected breathing?

No, this is meant to be down-regulating and functional breathing. In this session, there will be no hyperventilation, no intense breathholds, nothing too activating or stimulating. This is going to be accessible to everyone and anyone.

What should I wear?

Anything comfortable. It's not an exercise class but any activewear or loose clothes are perfect. Also bring something comfortable to lie on, and perhaps a blanket / sweater / socks as the weather is getting chillier.

Can I join if I have asthma or a medical condition?

In most cases, yes, especially since this is a light and gentle session. If you’re unsure, just send me a note and we can discuss in detail.

Will we be sitting or lying down the whole time?

Completely up to you. I typically start with sitting but whenever you feel like you want to, you're more than welcome to lie down.
