Each week we’ll practice a mix of:
- Foundational breathing (e.g. slow, light, nasal, and 3-part breathing)
- Nervous system regulation (up- and down-regulating techniques like resonance breathing, 4-7-8, or the physiological sigh)
- Embodied self-awareness (e.g. visualization, and sensory focus)
The aim is not just relaxation, but building capacity: more focus, resilience, and adaptability in how you move through your day.
Every session is guided, beginner-friendly, and rooted in breath science. You’ll walk away with a calmer mind, more energy in the body, and techniques you can use anytime: before sleep, in moments of stress, or to reset during the workday.
No previous experience needed. Just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and curiosity.
