WHAT?

Functional screening refers toa check-up to identify and address age-related declines in areas like vision, hearing, and oral health. It aims to help individuals, particularly seniors, maintain their independence and quality of life through early detection and intervention

Purpose:

Functional screening helps identify issues that may be hindering an individual's ability to perform daily tasks or participate in activities.

Areas Covered:

Common areas screened include vision, hearing, oral health.

Eligibility & Registration Info:

  • For Singaporean Citizens aged 60 and above.
  • Your last functional screening must have been on or before 14th June 2024.
  • Please bring your Pioneer, CHAS, Merdeka or NRIC card(s) for registration.
  • Pleaee be present at leat 15mins prior to your registerd time-slot.

Please note that all course registrations are NON-refundable. Transfer of selected mindfulness courses is subject to a $30 transfer fee and a $10 admin fee for a mindfulness make-up class. There are NO transfers or make-up classes available for all other courses.
