Game Business Profit Mastery Workshop
Overview
You've mastered the art of game development. You can code, design, and create experiences that players love. But when it comes to the business side of getting your game discovered, funded, and profitable, you're flying blind.
The harsh reality? 95% of indie games fail not because they're poorly made, but because their creators don't understand the business mechanics that separate successful studios from struggling ones.
This isn't another generic marketing course. This is the complete playbook from someone who's actually done it repeatedly and profitably. Over two and a half intensive days, you'll gain the insider knowledge that typically takes years of expensive mistakes to learn.
Whether you're wrestling with the self-publishing vs. publisher decision, struggling to get noticed in a crowded market, or wondering how to negotiate a deal that doesn't destroy your studio's future, this intensive will give you the frameworks, tools, and confidence to make the right choices for your specific situation.
Who Is This For?
This workshop is exclusively for studios and developers who can already build games but need to master the business side. We won't teach you how to code. We'll teach you how to turn your code into cash.
