Geneo EPIC - Fundamentals First Athletics (FFA)

Program designed for children aged 6 to 14 years old, focusing on physical literacy, fundamental movement skills (FMS), and age-appropriate athletic training.

The goal is to build a strong foundation for lifelong participation in sports, promote healthy lifestyles, and identify future athletic talents. The program will be conducted weekly at Geno Park for Capital Lang Group facilitated by certified youth athletics coaches.
