Hi everyone, I’ll take you through a gentle mindful flow to help stretch and wake up your entire body and mind. This is suitable for all levels and no props are required. It’s just a nice and yummy yoga flow.

Through my Yoga classes, you can realize that your true essence transcends all the concepts society tries to fit you.

Your works start on the yoga mat —feeling the poses, hearing the breath, and enjoying the relaxed sensation after Savasana. But the real transformation occurs after you've rolled up the mat and gone along with the day.

* Please, do come dressed comfortably, bring your own mat, water bottle, insect repellent and a nice smile.

What should I bring to the yoga session?

Please bring a yoga mat, a small towel, a bottle of water, and any accessories you like to use (like blocks or straps). Sunscreen and a hat are recommended for sun protection.

Do I need to have previous yoga experience to participate?

No prior experience in yoga is necessary. This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

What happens if it rains?

A: In case of rain, you will be notified one hour in advance about class cancellation via email or WhatsApp. And we will arrange a rescheduling of the class or a refund of your money.

How do I find the precise location on the day of the class?

Within 24 hours of your registration, I will contact you via email for more relevant information and share with you my location 15 minutes before the class starts.

What style of yoga will be practiced?

The class follows a gentle style of hatha vinyasa yoga practice. It is performed at a slower pace, with less intense positions and some sun salutations at a conscious pace. And also includes time for meditation and relaxation with the sounds of Tibetan Bowls.

It usually includes more warm-up movements and yoga poses are often held longer. Modifications are made to help people of all levels enjoy the benefits of yoga.
