Yoga mats are provided. Bring a small towel if you like and have a bottle of water with you. Staying hydrated after a session is important. Bring an open heart and open mind. Join US!

Is sound bath suitable for everyone?

Yes, generally sound bath is safe, non-invasive and suitable for all. However if you have the following, please let us know before you register or consult your doctors before your first sound bath. - Pregnant women - People with implants (stent, shunt, metallic implant, pacemaker)
