It is a guided live sketching jam/dance session that explores the correlation between movement and gestures drawing

Do I have to be an experienced artist/dancer to be part of the programme?

No experience is needed, however one must be open minded and be willing to make mistakes (aka happy accidents as bob ross would describe it.)

How’s the schedule going to be like?/ Is there any guidance involved for newbies like me?

The first hour of the workshop would be getting people to be comfortable in moving as well as learning some tips and tricks for gestural drawings, while the second half would be more interactive amongst students as we get to dance and draw for each other.

What can I hope to achieve within this 2 hour session?

We hope that the key takeaway from these sessions is to allow people to have a better appreciation of both visual and movement arts

How should I dress up to the occasion?

There will be quite a bit of dance and posing involved so do wear apparels that you feel good dancing in

What are the things that I should bring?

Accepted Answer

Do bring along your personal sketchbook and pencils as materials are limited, and also water bottles for hydration
