Many companies make the mistake of jumping too quickly into generating ideas on how to reach a business goal . They get too excited about an idea and then build it out quickly. But usually, the idea fails and they do not know what was the problem with the solution in the first place. Startups use Lean Startup principles to help test out the new ideas that they have but it could be hard for companies to apply those principles. Mr. Bryan Long will introduce an innovation execution framework that you can use to get you from a business goal to a solution that is based on customer data and insights and rapid experimentation.
In this talk, you will learn:
(i) How to uncover hidden problems and opportunities in your market
(ii) How to create multiple ways to test those opportunities in a systematic way that reduces your business risks
(iii) How to use an innovation execution framework to guide the way your teams create solutions that are aligned to business goals
(iv) Tips on how to introduce this innovation execution framework to your company
