Back by popular demand, this 1.5 hour class will feature 4 distinctive gins, each with their own unique flavour profile:

• Aviation Gin
• Amass Dry Gin
• Stranger & Sons Indian Gin
• Hepple Sloe & Hawthorn Gin

Participants will be taken on a guided tasting journey of each gin, and learn more about how each gin pairs with cheese to bring out each spirit’s nuances.

• Pitched, presented, and secured LMDW’s largest account with Andaz Singapore. Created cocktail and spirits list for 3 venues, conducted staff training, and cocktail development from Oct 2017 opening to present.

• Conducted and planned masterclasses trainings in whisky, rum, and gin for B2B and B2C clients.
