Are accompanying persons allowed?

Yes! Participants may have 1 accompanying person with them during the activity.

Question 2

Must accompanying person pay?

Accepted Answer

It's free for the accompanying person. The charges apply only to the craft piece(s). However, please let other participants have the priority of getting seats if we are oversubscribed!

Question 3

What time should I arrive for the workshop?

Accepted Answer

Participants should arrive no later than 5 mins before commencement of workshop. Ie. 11.25am for the 11.30am workshop.

Question 4

What happens if I’m late for the class?

Accepted Answer

If you are more than 15 mins late, your slot will be given up to another person on the waitlist. It will then be taken as no-show, and unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds.

Question 5

Can I cancel my slot after I’ve booked it?

Accepted Answer

We practice a strict non-cancellation policy, but we allow transfer of your space to another participant. Please let the participant have your e-ticket for admission.

Question 6

What attire should I be in?

There are no stipulations on attire, so come in whatever you’re comfortable in!

Do I need to prepare anything?

Accepted Answer

If you wish to add an item for the workshop piece, you are most welcome to bring your own materials and our instructor will do her best to assist you to integrate it to the craft.
