This is a virtual academic series that will deal with the legal implications of COVID-19 in a scholarly fashion.

About this Event

The Singapore Management University School of Law is organising a virtual academic series themed ‘Global Public-Private Law Approaches to COVID-19’ that will deal with the legal implications of COVID-19 in a scholarly fashion. The academic series will include research seminars and a flagship academic conference, featuring international and local expert speakers.

Seminar on AI and Digital Issues, 4 June 2020 (10.00-11.00am): Profs Urs Gasser (Harvard Law School) and Mark Findlay (SMU)

Seminar on China, Europe and Insolvency Law, 3 July 2020 (4.00-5.00pm): Profs Gao Simin (Tsinghua University), Kristin van Zwieten (Oxford University), and Lau Kwan Ho (SMU)

Seminar on Trade and Health Regulations, 7 August 2020 (12.00-1.00pm): Profs Jeanne Huang (Sydney Law School), Ching-Fu Lin (National Tsing Hua University), and Kenny Chng (SMU)
