Will there be allocated seats for guests?

Only VIP tables will have allocated seats. All other seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

What are VIP Tables?

VIP tables provide front-row views of the performance as well as luxurious and comfortable seating. They are also able to order drinks directly instead of queuing at the beverage booths and are provided with guest lists to bring in friends directly.

How can I attend the Countdown event?

Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the entrance on the day of the event (subject to availability).

Can I bring guests?

Each ticket admits one person only. Guests will receive a wrist tag at the entrance, which must be worn for entry.

Are early bird tickets available?

Yes, early bird tickets are limited and available until 21st December.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Wrist tags are issued at the entrance according to the number of tickets purchased. Only individuals wearing a valid wrist tag will be allowed entry. Tag exchanges among guests are strictly prohibited.

All tickets are strictly non-refundable.

Do I need to print my ticket, or is a digital copy sufficient?

Accepted Answer

Digital Copy of the ticket will be sent to your email upon payment confirmation. It will be sufficient to grant entry on the day of the event.

The event will take place at Capitol Singapore Outdoor Plaza, Level 1 (City Hall MRT Exit D)

Can i bring my children to the event?

As there is loud music being played and alcohol being served, we strongly do not recommend bringing children to the event.

Can I leave and re-enter the event?

Yes, re-entry is allowed as long as your wrist tag remains attached.

Can I bring my pet to the event?

No. Pets are strictly not allowed within the premise of the event.

Each ticket includes one complimentary Heineken Silver, redeemable on the day of the event. Additional bar bites and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase on-site.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted. A variety of food and drink options will be available at the venue.

What happens if I lose something during the event?

Our team will assist you to the best of our ability , but we will not take responsibility for lost items. Please keep your belongings secure.

The event is rain-or-shine. Some areas will have cover, raincoats will also be given upon entry.
