You’ve received beauty advice from Vogue, Elle, and everyone in between...but what about mom?

'Glow Up with Mom' aims to have mothers and their daughters affirm each other and bond over the topic of body image. In light of the body shaming and cyber bullying among teen girls today, this workshop hopes to teach girls the importance of a positive self image. And who better to learn from than the woman whose heels you tried to fit in as a kid?

Through fun games and heartfelt stories, you will leave this workshop equipped with healthy tips to better connect with your mom or daughter.

So mark your calendars and save the date!

(Don't forget to bring one beauty product you can't live without to the workshop! But shhh... don't show your mom/daughter what it is just yet! It's a surprise!)

Target age group: girls aged 12-18 and their mothers.

2:30pm - 2:35pm: Welcome and song piece by Priscilla Fong

2:35pm - 2:45pm: "The one beauty product I can't live without is..." game

2:45pm - 3pm: "Skin Deep Glow" by Irene Fong

3pm - 3:15pm: "Body Deep Glow" by Mark Leong, Asia's Juice Guru

3:15pm - 3:35pm: "Glow with Confidence" by Qin YunQuan

3:35pm - 4:05pm: "A Glowing Mind" by Quek Shi Wei, Director of Kallos

4:05pm - 4:35pm: "Teen Trivia" game

4:35pm - 4:55pm: "As a mom" by Madeline Ang

4:55pm - 5:15pm: "As a Daughter" by Clarice Ang

5:15pm - 5:30pm: Letter writing

Healthy, yummy finger foods will be served at the workshop
