Goddesses are often depicted as gentle yet strong, compassionate yet fierce. In this class, we will look to embodying these qualities through a vinyasa-inspired class interwoven with Womb Yoga elements of mudras, breath work, sound and meditation. Suitable for all women and all ages!

Dewi Chen is the founder of Terra Luna Yoga, a women-focused and trauma-aware yoga and therapy space in Bukit Timah. Her classes are a blend of thoughtful and intentional movement, with an emphasis on honouring our bodies and their cyclical wisdoms. She believes that all women are natural born yoginis (whether you can touch your toes or not), and hopes to empower mothers, daughters and sisters through the gift of yoga and meditation.
