Through this webinar, participants will gain an understanding of some of the typical applications that an insolvency practitioner may commonly bring to court or be required to defend in court. The session also outlines what to expect when pursuing claims on behalf of a company or defending the company against claims, giving insight into the nature of these proceedings and the issues they may encounter in practice.

Speakers
Keith Tnee, Senior Partner, TKQP Law LLP

Rachel Chin, Partner, TKQP Law LLP
Rachel is a Partner at TKQP Law LLP with extensive experience in corporate restructuring and contentious insolvency, commercial disputes, and fraud and asset recovery. She regularly advises and acts for liquidators, judicial managers, distressed companies, and creditors in complex restructuring and insolvency matters.
