Good Friday Walk

Rochor MRT Station (DT13)Singapore
Thursday, Apr 2 from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Overview

Visit some of Singapore's historic churches as we near Good Friday.

About us:

We are an active walking community with about 9,000 members. We conduct regular walks every Thursday and alternate Sunday afternoons. You can also find us at: https://www.meetup.com/i-walk-i-hike-i-eat-i-travel/ We have also been featured in the Straits Times.

Meet: Rochor MRT station (DT13 ) Passenger Service Centre

When: Thursday 2nd April, 4:30pm**

**This is a Rain or Shine event. Please take a good lunch or bring along some snacks if you feel hungry along the way. Our walks are usually between 8 - 12 km long. Just so you know, the weather may be hot but as the sun sets, the weather should be cooler.

Please be punctual. You are encouraged to be slightly early to avoid disappointments. There will be 5 minutes grace for attendance taking. Please remember that we cannot wait because this would be unfair to those already present.

Good Friday, also known as Holy Friday, Great Friday, Great and Holy Friday, or Friday of the Passion of the Lord,[1][2] is a solemn Christian holy day commemorating the crucifixion of Jesus and his death at Calvary (Golgotha). It is observed during Holy Week as part of the Paschal Triduum.
