Where is the conference venue?

The conference is held at A Good PLACE @ One Holland Village (7 Holland Village Way, #01-21, Singapore 275748). Upon reaching Level 1 of One Holland Village, look for Cold Storage/Chateraise Premium YATSUDOKI. The entrance to A Good PLACE is located next to Chateraise.

Which is the nearest MRT?

By Train: Holland Village MRT Station (CC21), Exit B By Bus: 7, 32, 48, 61, 74, 74e, 75, 77, 91, 95, 100, 105, 106, 111, 145, 147, 165, 185, 191, 196,198, 200, 970, NR5 and NR 8.

Is there parking available?

The nearest car park is at One Holland Village. After parking, please take the escalator near '5F' in the B1 car park.

What is the parking rate at One Holland Village?

MONDAY TO FRIDAY First Block: $2.18 for the first 1 hour Subsequent Blocks: $0.55 for subsequent 15 minutes

Are there any subsidies available?

Staff and volunteers from NCSS member Social Service Agencies and MSF-funded agencies may apply for the NCSS Local Training Grant through the OurSG Grants (OSG) portal. The non-pre approved category provides funding support of up to 20% of the conference fees.

Are meals provided at the conference?

Morning tea and afternoon tea will be provided to all conference attendees. However, lunch will not be provided. We encourage you to explore the many dining options available in the vicinity, which offer a diverse range of cuisines to suit various preferences and budgets.

How are workshop slots assigned?

Kindly choose two of your preferred workshops during registration. While we will do our best to accommodate your preferred workshop, participants will be reassigned to other workshops in the event of limited capacity.
