Our next adventure is taking us to Coney Island – a beautiful coastal trail with fresh air, scenic views, and lots of good energy. This isn’t just a hike – it’s a chance to recharge, sweat it out together, and have fun as a community.

🥤 Bring enough water to stay hydrated
🧢 Shade & sunscreen – it’s going to be sunny!
🏋 Elastic resistance bands – we’ll add some extra strength training along the way
⏰ Be punctual – we’ll start sharp at 8.30am so no one misses out!
