We know it is healthy to be thankful for what’s around us, yet, most of us do not pause long enough to consider the many things that are worthy of our gratitude! Here, we will explain how science has proven that being able to physically write them down instead, helps!
Join us for a Wellness Afternoon so we can take you through the journey of discovering how practicing gratitude can help to improve your sense of wellbeing! Our Gratitude Journaling workshop will be informal, therapeutic, and filled with amazingly simple tools and takeaways to help you feeling recharged and joyful at the end of the session.
