Allow yourself to disconnect from the stresses of the week with a blissful relaxing sound bath.The session begins with writing a simple gratitude message either to oneself or others before and settling in for a relaxing sound bath. Surrendering into the vibration of Alchemy Crystal bowls and other soothing instruments as you nourish your mind, body and soul. All you have to do is relax and allow the healing sounds and vibrations to wash over you, activating the body’s own natural system of self healing.
