Join us for an evening of gentle meditation and mindful breathing, held at the Wooden House in northern Bangkok. This calming session is designed to help you unwind, clear your mind, and reconnect with your inner peace—whether you're new to meditation or simply need a break from the noise.

We’ll guide you through grounding breathwork, gentle movement to release tension, and a seated meditation practice, all in a quiet, candlelit space surrounded by nature.

What to Bring- Comfortable clothing for sitting or light stretching- Yoga mat or cushion if you prefer extra support
